An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on October 3, 2024 and completed on October 3, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:41 am and ended at 11:44. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 39 children present and 7 staff including administrator. Some of the children were on a field trip. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 5 staff records on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
