Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/15/2023 from 12:20PM to 1:00PM. 8 children were directly supervised by 2 staff in the afternoon program. The physical space, 2 children's records, 2 staff records, evacuation drills, attendance and required posted documents were reviewed. Children were observed on the playground. Medications were in compliance. Developmentally appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
