Inspector Notes

A code compliance inspection was conducted Wednesday, July 20, 2022. The inspection was initiated at approximately 10:30 AM and concluded at approximately 12:45 PM. There were 17 children present, ranging in ages from seven months to five years, with four staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of five children's records and four staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

Based on observation, the center did not ensure all areas of the premises accessible to children are free of obvious injury hazards, including providing and maintaining sand or other cushioning material under playground equipment.
Evidence: Two slides were observed sitting on the bare ground on the Preschool playground.
Plan of Correction: I will discuss with the pastor about what type of cushioning material she wants to add underneath the slides and we will add it.
