The licensing inspector initiated and concluded an unannounced inspection on July 20, 2022 in response to a complaint received by the department on June 3, 2022 for allegations regarding supervision. Observations and interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
