The licensing inspector initiated and concluded an unannounced subsidy complaint inspection on November 3, 2022 in response to a complaint received by the department on September 7, 2022 for allegations regarding supervision and administration. Documentation was reviewed, observations completed, and interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid." There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
