A subsidy complaint investigation was initiated on February 15, 2023 and concluded on March 9, 2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the department on February 15, 2023. The allegations were regarding non-compliance with supervision and administration. On March 9, the inspector was on site from 11:50am until approximately 1:05pm conducting interviews, completing observations, and reviewing documentation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
