An announced modification Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on Monday, February 6, 2023 from 12:35 to approximately 1:05pm. The RECDC relocated to 1656 Mountain Road, Glen Allen, VA. During the modification inspection, the facility was observed to be well laid out and filled with equipment for children. The classrooms have age-appropriate materials as well as tables, chairs, and other items for the children to use. The licensing inspector reviewed the occupancy, fire inspection, health inspection, and required posted documentation. The facility has submitted all of the required application materials at this time. The exemption permits services to 35 children in the age range from 2 years, 6 months through 12 years, 11 months.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
