Inspector Notes
An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on Thursday, April 18, 2024. The inspector was on site from 11:00am to approximately 12:40pm. There were seven children present and four staff members present. Upon arrival, the children were observed in their designated cafeteria having lunch. The children were later observed taking bathroom breaks and preparing for rest time. Staff were observed having positive interactions with the children. All areas of the facility including classrooms, hallways, the outdoor play area, and bathrooms were inspected. A total of five children's records and four staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
