Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 21, 2021 from approximately 10:30am until 11:30am in response to a self reported incident involving child guidance. Staff files, child files, and video footage was reviewed. Interviews with staff and management were conducted. No areas of non-compliance are identified and no violations were cited.
