Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 9/26/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 9/2/2025 relating to allegations of physical plant. NO staff or children's files were reviewed in correlation to this complaint. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
