Inspector Notes
A Renewal inspection was conducted this date. A total of 12 children (31pts) with 3 staff were onsite during the inspection. At the beginning of the inspection, some of the older children were observed outside with staff and engaged in sidewalk chalk drawings. A nice transition was observed from outside to inside. Handwashing procedures were observed prior to the children sitting down for lunch. Two levels of the home were observed. No medication needs at this time. The children transitioned from lunch to floor activities where they interacted with staff and one another. Cots were laid out and appropriately spaced as the children prepared for nap time. A total of 3 children's records, all staff and household member files were reviewed. This inspection began at approximately 10:30am and ended at 1pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
