An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 09/18/2024, as a part of the licensure period.The on-site inspection began at 10:30am and ended at 11:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 28 points. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, observations and staff interviews. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
