Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted 12/7/2022 from 3:45pm through 4:50pm. There were 22 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, programming, menus, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 7 medications, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed eating snack which consisted of choice of pear or apple and a cheese stick with water or milk. Children were also observed participating in quiet table top activities as well as playing a group physical exercise game in the gym. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. There was an adequate number of CPR/First Aid, Daily Health Observation, and MAT trained staff on site at the time of inspection. No violations were cited as part of this inspection.
