Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 10/18/2023 from 4:45pm through 5:40pm. There were 10 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, programming, menu, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, 6 medications, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing with a marble track and making bracelet with beads. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. There was an adequate supply of age appropriate materials for the children and the center was clean and organized. Both staff on site have current Daily Health Observation Training and CPR/First Aid certification. One staff on site has current Medication Administration Training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

1Evidence: Child #7 was administered Albuterol on 6/26/23, 6/27/23 and 7/2/233 and there was no parental authorization on file granting the center permission to administer the medication.
