Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 4/7/25. The on-site inspection began at 7:12am and ended at 8:00am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 26 children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed three children?s records and three staff on-site records. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
