Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 2:30 - 3:00 pm with staff. An offsite review of records was conducted on 5/11/22. There were 28 children, ranging from 6 years to 11 years of age, present with 3 staff supervising. Children were observed playing completing a shelter-in-place drill and going outside to play on the playground. Two children's records and two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. It was reported that there was no medication to review, however staff on site have current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), first aid and CPR. The emergency drill log, attendance, written allergy list, fire and health inspections were reviewed and in compliance.
