Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/5/24 from 3:45pm to 4:20pm with program staff. There were 30 children in care, ranging in age from five- to 12-years-old, supervised by three staff. The children were observed playing four-square, doing homework, reading, and working on craft projects. Five child records were reviewed; three staff records were checked for updates. The Center had three staff on site with current certification in CPR and First Aid. One medication and authorization form were reviewed and the center had three staff current in Medication Administration Training (MAT) on site. Required postings were observed. The attendance, menu, and emergency drill log were reviewed.
