An unannounced inspection was conducted from 3:00 - 3:45pm to investigate a complaint received by the Department regarding Supervision of Children and Staff-to-children ratios. Interviews and observations were conducted, and documentation was reviewed. It was determined that the complaint was not valid due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations. There were no violations issued as a result of the inspection.
