Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/15/24 from 6:55am to 7:40am with program staff. There were three children in care at the start of the inspection, and six in care by the end of the inspection. Children were supervised by two staff. The children were observed having free play. Four child records and four staff records were reviewed. The Center had two staff on-site with current certification in CPR and First Aid, as well as trained in Daily Health Observation. One medication and authorization forms were reviewed, and the center had two staff on-site current in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Required postings were observed. The attendance, menu, allergy list, and emergency drill log were reviewed.
