An announced staff record review was conducted on 9/5/24 from 9:00am to 2:20pm at the Fredericksburg YMCA office. Four staff records were reviewed for required documentation. An exit interview was conducted on 9/5/24 with the Manager. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
