Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was completed from 12:25 p.m. until 1:40 p.m. There were 8 school-age children in care at the center, and 10 school-age children at an area lake at a field trip. There were 6 staff supervising children. The administrator was also present at the center. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Children were observed playing inside (video games, drawing, puzzles, etc.) and also swimming at the pool.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
