Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was completed from 3:50pm until 5:00pm. There were 7 children present with 2 staff supervising. The director was also present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. T

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
