Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 12:05 pm- 2:20 pm. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection. Child to staff ratios were found to be in compliance for the before school program based on attendance reports. The child care classrooms were observed to have ample age appropriate activities, space for homework to be completed and to participate in gross motor activities.

The physical plant, staff records, child records, medication policies and medications, evacuation drills, a sample of injury reports, emergency supplies and policies were reviewed.

Information gathered determined a violation with applicable code or law and is noted on the Violation Notice.
