Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts and documents review.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on March 14, 2022 and concluded on March 16, 2022. The program manager was contacted and a remote inspection was conducted. There were twenty-nine children present, with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and three staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
