An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 09/16/2024 and completed on 09/23/2024. The on-site inspection began at 3:15 pm and ended at 4:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 23 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records onsite, 4 staff records and 5 agent/applicant records electronically on 09/23/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
