Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on December 21, 2022, from 11am to 12pm. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental Inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented. The violation is listed on the violation notice issued to the center and reviewed with the provider at the exit interview.

Based on record review and interview, it was determined that the provider did not ensure that the caregiver shall have a current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care.
