Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/20/2021 and concluded on 10/21/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 12 children present, ranging in ages from 9 months to 4 years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of Administration, Personnel, Physical Health of Caregivers and Household Members, Caregiver Training, Physical Environment and Equipment, Care of Children, Preventing the Spread of Disease, Medication Administration, Emergencies, and Nutrition. A total of 2child records and 3 staff/household member records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
