A renewal inspection was completed on 2/16/2022 during the hours of 2:35pm and 3:25pm. There were 12 children present with the provider and one assistant caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, caregiver training, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
