Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 10:50am and 11:40am. There were 6 children directly supervised by the provider and 1 assistant caregiver. The home, 2 caregiver records, 3 children?s records, 1 household member record, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed singing with handbells and playing freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
