Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 1/06/2026. The on-site inspection began at 10:20 a.m. and ended at 11:30 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 28 children present and six staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review (i.e. public disclosure statement posted, proof of ID, immunizations, physicals, and background checks), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
