Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/11/22 from 11:15 am to 12:20pm. There were 10 children (28 points) present in direct care and supervision of 2 staff supervising. The children were observed eating lunch. The lunch menu included beef and barley soup, pears and milk. 3 children's records, 2 staff records and emergency drill records were reviewed. There were no medications on site.

Based on observation, the diapering surface was not non-absorbent and washable.
Evidence: The diaper pad had several tears exposing the inner material.
Plan of Correction: The diaper pad will be replaced with a new one.
