An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 3/24/25 from 10:40 am to 11:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 15. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household member's records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
