During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 3/17/25 and completed on 3/17/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:35am and ended at 10:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were five children present and two caregivers; the point total was eleven. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and two caregiver/household member(s) records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The emergency evacuation procedures must be practiced monthly with all caregivers and children in care during all shifts that children are in care.

Evacuation drills were not practiced monthly. The last monthly evacuation drill was completed ten months ago.
Plan of Correction: Will practice and document monthly evacuation drills going forward.

Shelter-in-place procedures must be practiced a minimum of twice per year.

Shelter-in-place procedures were only practiced once in 2024.
