Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, document review, and an interview with the provider.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/13/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 11 children present, ranging from 23 months to five years of age, with the provider and her assistant supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical health of caregivers and household members, physical environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, medication administration and emergencies. A total of two child records and two caregiver records were reviewed and in compliance.
