Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:45 am - 12:15 pm with the provider and her assistant. There were 11 children, ranging from two years to five years of age, present for a total of 20 points. Children were observed playing in a variety of centers and were engaged in reading, math, puzzles, play doh, a computer game and construction. Three children's records and three provider/household member records were reviewed and in compliance. The dates of the last documented emergency drills: fire drill - 3/11/22, shelter-in-place drill - 4/5/22 and lockdown drill - 1/19/22. The provider is not Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified and cannot administer medication to children in care.
