Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:45 - 11:00 am with the provider and her assistant. There were ten children, ranging from 18 months to four years of age, for a total of 21 points. Children were observed participating in circle time activities that included music and movement, the weather and calendar, and having free play in a variety of centers to include science, home living and blocks. Two child records, three caregiver/household member records, the emergency drill log, daily attendance, and menu were reviewed. The provider is not currently certified in Medication Administration Training (MAT) and cannot administer medication to children in care.
