An unannounced inspection was completed on 07/19/2023 in response to a planned change related to the legal entity operating the program. Any areas of noncompliance are documented in the violation notice.

Based on observation and interview it was determined the provider exceeded the 16 points per caregiver.
Evidence:
1. There were 10 napping children in care with the substitute provider totaling 22 points at the time of the inspector's arrival.
2. The provider confirmed that there were 22 points in care with the substitute until her return.
Plan of Correction: Provider will ensure that 16 points are not exceeded per caregiver.
