Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on September 29, 2022. There were 10 children present, with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed playing outside, coming in to get ready for lunch. A total of 3 child records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
