Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on September 29, 2022. There were 10 children present, with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed playing outside, coming in to get ready for lunch. A total of 3 child records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on review of 3 children's records, two did not contain the required information.
Evidence
The record for child #1 (first day of attendance 9/19/22) did not contain proof of identity.
The record for child #2 (first day of attendance 8/23/22) did not contain the permission for emergency treatment form.
Plan of Correction: I will get the missing information and put it the children's records.
