Licensing inspector arrived at 12:35am and departed at 1:33pm to conduct a licensing inspection and a Subsidy Health and Safety inspection. At the time of arrival was 16 children in care with 4 staff . The Licensing Inspector observed children during nap and children in the infant preparing to nap.
