Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring was conducted on October 19, 2022 from approximately 9:20 am-11:30 am. There were 24 children present upon arrival with 5 staff members. Additional administrative staff were present. Children were observed participating in freely playing and exploring, outside on the playground , singing and dancing. Three staff records, three children's records and 5 injury records . Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, medication procedures,
emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.
Information gathered during the inspection determined the center is in compliance and there are no violations issued to the program.
