An self report inspection was conducted on October 19, 2022 and October 26, 2022 in regards staffing and supervision. Licensing Inspector conducted investigation jointly with local agency. There were staff interviews conducted, observation conducted in the classroom, vidoe footage reviewed , records and documents reviewed. There are no violations cited resulting from this inspection.
