Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 26, 2023, from approximately 1:52pm to 2:55pm. There were 35 children present at this time with 5 staff members. Additional staff was on site for administrative and support services. Children were observed napping and transitioning to wake up from nap. Four staff records and four children records were reviewed during the inspection. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas and outdoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment,
emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.
