Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 28, 2024, from approximately 8:55 am to 10:30am. The inspection was concluded on May 28, 2024.There were 34 children present at this time with 6 staff members. Additional staff were on site for administrative and support services. Children were observed in circle time working on recognition of color, shapes, counting in Spanish and recognition of animals. . Five staff records and Five children records were reviewed during the inspection. The center does not administer medication and provide transportation. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting. The outdoor area was inspected.
