Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated on June 7, 2021 and concluded on June 11, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection at 10:15 a.m. A virtual inspection was then conducted. There were 12 children in care ages 8 months through 4 years of age, a total of 26 points under the care and supervision of three staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed three children?s records and three staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. Staff training was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
