Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 11/29/23 from 12:00pm to 2:25pm in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Staff records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice, Health & Safety Update training, and current certification in First Aid and CPR. The last lockdown drill was documented on 4/22/23.
