This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts and staff interview.
A complaint inspection was initiated on 9/23/2021 and concluded on 9/23/2021. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the area of staff to child ratio. The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law.
