Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on March 25, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of entrance, six children were in care with one staff members present. Children were observed during breakfast, engaged in group activities and toy play. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
