Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:20am-12:20pm. There were 5 children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 1 caregiver's records were reviewed. The children were observed playing and washing hands. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Based on record review and observation, cribs were not provided for children from birth through 12 months of age.

Evidence:
1) Child A was enrolled 05/17/2022 and did not turn 1 until 11/2022. There was no crib available for Child A.
2) Child B was enrolled 01/26/2023 and did not turn 1 until 02/2023. There was no crib available for Child B.
