Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on June 8, 2022 from 11:00 am through 1:30 pm. Upon arrival, there were 46 children, ages 5 months through 5 years of age, in the care of 10 staff. Five children and four staff records were reviewed and updated. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for one child.

Areas observed were outside play, education center activities, story time, transition, hand washing/bathroom and diapering procedures, transition, and lunch. Children appeared to be well aware of the daily routine and schedule. The center is equipped with a variety of age/stage materials.
