Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on May 30, 2023 from 10:45 a.m. through 12:45 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 53 children, ages 9 months through 5, in the care of 11 staff. Five children and five staff and four board officer records were reviewed.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. No violations were found.
